1.      掌握基于多种色谱系统分离纯化天然活性产物的方法;

2.      熟练掌握各类HPLCLC-MS-MSGCGC-MS红外光谱紫外光谱酶标仪等检测仪器的使用方法和检测原理,能够独立建立检测方法并准确分析结果;

3.      掌握多糖类成分结构解析与高级结构的研究方法,包括衍生化修饰、NMR解析、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、圆二色谱等技术手段,并独立分析实验结果;

4.      掌握多种细胞系的体外培养与活性评估方法

5.      掌握多种抗肿瘤、抗氧化活性,抗炎活性和抗菌活性评估研究方法,了解抗肿瘤活性机制的研究方法

6.      了解组内关于生物信息学、药物作用通路,药物制剂,药物合成,生物转化,生物诱导,植物内生真菌和生物柴油催化相关研究内容和方法
